Company History

Prime Healthcare Corporation, already an owner of Goodwater Healthcare Center in Goodwater, purchased Dadeville and LaFayette nursing homes in the spring of 1987, and has been operating these homes for 22 years. In 2001, Prime Healthcare Corporation underwent a reorganization into the LLC corporate structure and now manages these nursing homes through Prime Management, LLC.

Onsite Tours

Pay Assistance and Options

Each Prime home is certified to accept Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and long term care insurance as payment for services. Eligibility for Medicare or Medicaid payment for nursing home service is determined on an individual basis.
